VoLTE a.k.a Voice Over LTE became popular in India after the launch of Reliance Jio. Reliance Jio was the only operator in India to offer VoLTE services until the launch of VoLTE by Bharati Airtel.
Bharati Airtel launched VoLTE services recently in across many cities of India. But not all the smartphones are compatible yet with Airtel VoLTE. Many smartphone manufacturers haven’t pushed the carrier update from their side to enable Airtel VoLTE.

Today, Airtel has introduced a new offer for customers already using VoLTE and for new customers who migrate to VoLTE. Airtel Prepaid Customers will be getting 10GB of free 4G data which will be valid for 14 days. This offer is not applicable for Postpaid users and this offer has been introduced by Airtel to encourage new customers to switch to VoLTE services of Airtel.
